A search program consists of helping define personnel requirements and conducting the search for the Search Committee. The typical executive search normally takes two to to six months - after determination of candidate requirements.

• Initiation of active search through recruitment
• Background checks of all candidates
• Telephone interviews with top candidates
• Personal interviewing of final candidates
  (through video conferencing if possible - to save expenses)
• Identify two-four candidates meeting the candidate profile

Typical Timeline
Two to six months to identify the top two - four candidates for initial interviews with Search Committee. Three weeks after commencement of search a written progress report will be submitted to the Search Committee.
