Leadership Seminars
Principles of Effective Leaders
Most schools, churches and organizations have dedicated employees and volunteers willing to work on behalf their organization. What is often missing is the leadership that makes effective use of the their time and efforts. Leadership techniques can be taught and fostered that will result in a more vital, vibrant and effective organization. Purpose of the typical half-day or full day seminar:

Confer goals, methodology & energize campaign fund raising
It is vital that all team members (including volunteers) have the opportunity to learn to apply basic leadership skills prior to the launch of any campaign fund raising activities. This training will help them to be as effective as possible during the campaign. While everyone can benefit from the basic information contained in the leadership seminars, we recommend limiting attendance per seminar to ten persons to ensure maximum interaction and personal attention.

To increase involvement of the laity in the ministry
By developing leadership skills among the members of the lay community the organization strengthens its base and provides for a broader participation and active involvement in the work of the school or ministry.

To provide training for individual personal growth
It is important that members of any organization have the opportunity to develop to there full potential. Leadership skills are a key ingredient to their successful career advancement. Moreover, everyone can benefit from the basics of effective leadership seminars, whatever their role in the organization.

We can help people by instilling in them those leadership qualities that will make them more productive and effective in accomplishing the goals of the organization.
